Can I Choose How to Pay Interest?

Choose the repayment style that suits your cash flow. You can pay interest monthly, at the end of the loan term, or even combine both options. Most borrowers prefer to roll up the interest and pay it in full when the loan ends.

Am I Eligible?

Yes, if you own or plan to own property.

At Regents Asset Finance, we apply flexible, common-sense lending. We don’t rely on rigid criteria, we look at each case individually.

We offer 1st, 2nd, and 3rd charge loans on:

  1. Land
  2. Commercial property
  3. Buy-to-lets
  4. HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation)

We also provide 2nd and 3rd charge loans on residential property, land, commercial premises, BTLs, HMOs, and for bridging out of an existing bridge.

How Can I Use the Funds?

Business and Investment Purposes Only.

Our bridging finance is designed strictly for business or investment use, not personal or consumer purposes. We’ll discuss your intended use during the application process to ensure it aligns with our lending criteria.

What Are the Initial Fees?

Just the Valuation Fee and a £350 Lock-In Fee.

Other expenses, such as legal fee, are rolled into the loan, so there’s no need to pay them upfront. This approach helps you maintain liquidity and avoid early out-of-pocket costs.
