Simon Juniper

Managing Director

Simon has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. His impressive career began at First National Bank in the 90s, where he excelled in managing teams and building strong relationships with clients and intermediaries. After successfully leading two branches and winning the Best Sales Branch award three years in row, Simon founded a secured loan brokerage that grew to over 40 staff and later evolved into a leading bridging brokerage, recognised with multiple awards, including Best Bridging Broker at the B&C and Business Money Facts Awards. His expertise and dedication continue to drive success in his current role at Regents Asset Finance.

Wes Friedel

Chief Credit Officer

Wes Friedel brings two decades of industry expertise, commencing with Central Trust, where he rose from Underwriter to a high-performing leader. Recognising opportunities, Wes pioneered an insurance team achieving a £600k commission turnover. Returning in 2014, he established a successful lender launching the first HMO 2nd charge. In 2017 Wes joined Masthaven Bank to lead their development finance underwriting. He was then headhunted into PropFin helping to scale a £20m book to £95m in a short space of time, and helped them secured a £250m funding line. Joining Quantum Mortgages in 2024 saw Wes build a bridging lender from scratch. Successfully co-designing a new in-house servicing platform, help secure a large institutional funding agreement and formalising the internal operations & policies for launch.

Louis Rowson

Credit Lending Officer

Known for building meaningful relationships and prioritising transparency and efficiency. Louis brings a proactive, solutions – orientated approach to business and fulfilling client needs. With a background in Business and Marketing Management he has a solid foundation in strategic growth and client relationship management. Louis is committed to deepening his expertise in lending structures and financial planning while forging impactful partnerships across the property sector in order to deliver exceptional outcomes for his clients.

Sir Benjamin Slade, 7th Baronet

Non-Executive Director

Sir Benjamin Slade, 7th Baronet, Educated at Millfield School, he inherited his title in 1962 and built a reputation as an entrepreneur and advocate for British heritage. In 1973, he founded Shirlstar Container Transport, later expanding into high tech, retail, property, and insurance. He now serves as a Non-Executive Director at Regents Asset Finance, offering deep expertise in property and asset-backed finance. Featured in Sky Atlantic’s The Guest Wing, Sir Benjamin continues to champion historic preservation while driving modern business innovation.

Clive Eccleston

Business Development Manager

Clive and his team provide clients with up-to-date insights into lending products from Regents Asset Finance and the wider market. With 30+ years of experience in finance, high-net-worth portfolios, business ownership, and recruitment, Clive is a seasoned professional. His background with NatWest and RBS Drummonds enables him to support personal, business, and commercial clients. The only standard in Clive’s service is quality, everything else is tailored. Marketing Manager

Eva leads the marketing strategy at Regent’s Asset Finance, driving brand visibility and business growth across the UK property finance sector. With a background in digital marketing, communications, and brand development, she brings a results-driven approach to campaigns that support both client acquisition and relationship building. Known for her creativity and analytical mindset, Eva works closely with the leadership and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
